The trick here is to put your brain into neutral and try to recover from the stress of the BA flight transfer setup, which none of their staff understand. Helping someone more stressed than you helps.
If you know what you're doing and have a newish passport (and the passport is from the EU), this is one of the fastest border patrols I've come across. They don't muck around.
Majed AlashariOctober 8, 2019It always busy but it depends on your arrival time as well. If you arrive on early morning it is much better from arriving on the afternoon or evening. Take in consideration you need around 45 minutes
Mariya Kirillova2 weeks agoBest ever experience... and it's not the queue.. but the friendliness of staff and "welcome home" at the end. ❤️- Try and stay calm. It's hard but getting angry at the incompetence will stress you out and the staff don't care anyway.
