The yaki-ramen is a great choice for the days that you just don't want all that broth. Add some agedashi tofu and a creamy croquette as well if you're hungry - portions of yaki-ramen are not huge!

We tried six or seven items and they were all good. I liked the overall feel to the atmosphere and the service was excellent. We came here based on foursquares review, we were not disappointed

Great ramen with a slightly lighter porky broth. I love that you can completely customize it from noodles, to broth strength and toppings. Plus many other menu options like the gyoza!

The pork broth is cooked for more than 15 hours to achieve the strong, creamy pork flavor. The basic Hakata bowl comes with ginger, green onion, and two slices of char siu BBQ pork.

Hakata ramen - hard noodles, strong base, extra noodles for $0.95. Skip the egg, but go for the garlic or spicy miso!

It's so loud in here, even when there aren't very many customers. Look for the 2 hr parking meters on the same street as opposed to the 1 hr ones. Spam musubi isn't that great.
