It's a nice, historical and well located neighborhood but just be careful at night. There are some ghettos in the area.

Parkway, one block west of Boulevard, has a bike lane.

People in this area do not understand When its people versus cars --car always wins. 😡😏

Be careful not todrive fast. There's crosswalks everywhere and no lines painted on the street to mark them.
