The rooftop is really cool here. Esp in the mornings when no one is up there. Great place to get work done when weather permits.

Hoji lattes are thumbs up. The onigiri is a bit rice heavy but comes warm so it’s tasty. Love the salmon bento and they have vegan options!

Japanese cafe - service can be weirdly slow but the food is uniquely heartly/healthy/light, the ambiance is great (beautiful rooftop in the summer) and it has a great vibe

Everything about the salmon bento box is perfection. Hoji latte with almond milk is also the best green tea latte I’ve had.

The bento boxes were cute. Food within was yummy.Service was nonexistent as far as having to go up and down the stairs because no one bothered to give or tell me where to get chopsticks.

The Japanese slow drip cold brew is the best cold brew you will ever taste. Tasty (warm, fresh) onigiri, too.

Great coffee, great bentos, and great vinyl music in the background. Coffee is microroasted and is really good. Get a pound if you can.

Big fan of the food after hours but I wish the sushi was slightly cheaper and most importantly that they would invest in proper table ware instead of using single use plastics

The salmon in the grilled salmon bento was maybe the best salmon I've ever had. Unfortunately the rest of the bento was so so!

The hot yuzu tea is wonderful - not too sweet and not bitter from the yuzu. Just right!

not sure why I was expecting something mind-blowing about the bento box - it was just okay! I think it’s a better place to hang out with groups on the rooftop. Nice staff, though!

A hipster friendly Japanese cafe and restaurant. Food is delicious and cheap. People bring books or laptops to study. There isn't a lot of spots to sit. Service is quick. Try the salmon bento. Trendy.
