KOctober 31, 2014Smart approach of collecting membership dues on a fortnightly basis cos it feels really awesome-priced. It works out to about $6/day. And for the special elements this gym has, it is totally worth it!

Gotta love the class! <3 The gym is very spacious. And the Virgin Active team are very friendly. Complimentary apple & oranges before and after your gym. =)- Impact classes are fun and intensive! But the gloves do smell so get a disposable surgical gloves from the counter for $1. Get a pair of your own if you think you're gonna be a regular.

Complimentary towels and bathrobes- Spacious gym w a luxury wind-down area for shower, detox, relaxing etc. Molton Brown toiletries provided to lift your spirit after a hard-earned sweaty workout.

Equipment and classes are great. However, the place is really getting grimy and dirty. It's time they start paying attention to keeping the place clean!!- Thirty HIT will kill you! Great and popular workout. However be prepared if it's your first lesson.
Grit cardio is an intensive exercise to increase your heart beat to 80%. You do sprint, lunges, push ups then rest for 15s. There are 5 sets for 30 mins.

- Body pump is a great group workout for building cardio & srrength.
- Thirty HIT is not called High intensity training for nothing ! Get ready for some huff and puff
- Get a buddy or partner to do MMA. Lots of burning with when u work in pairs.
