- Impact classes are fun and intensive! But the gloves do smell so get a disposable surgical gloves from the counter for $1. Get a pair of your own if you think you're gonna be a regular.

- Grit cardio is an intensive exercise to increase your heart beat to 80%. You do sprint, lunges, push ups then rest for 15s. There are 5 sets for 30 mins.
