Nathan HooverApril 18, 2015Not impressed at all. I love the rich porkiness of tonkotsu ramen and this isn't that. Tasted more like matzo ball soup than anything, which isn't what I want in a bowl of ramen (or indeed at all).- The tori-paitan broth is so deliciously creamy.
