I started doing CORE40 in May and have noticed that my body has gotten stronger and leaner! I really enjoy the classes and have found it to be an amazing addition to my workouts!

Loved the high intensity Pilates class and that it's only 40 minutes. Felt it in a lot of muscles I don't normally use for the next two days.

Has me sweating balls every time. Hands down most efficient 40 min of burning down muscle. And calories. Like a Pilates reformer class on steroids.

Great SF mega former studio and first class is free! Definitely core focused but arms and legs still get a good workout.
