Hit or miss on the selection - they are often out of my favorite products. Upside: they are starting to carry more niche labels like Sunday Riley and Ouai 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Great service. I'd never used foundation before (I know; I'm not sure how I avoided bursting into flames when entering, either), but a rep patiently explained and helped me pick the perfect shade.

really just so ecstatic to have the Mecca of all beauty in my backyard!! Sephora typically has great customer service, and this location is no exception. The layout of the store is business as usual

This place can be overwhelming is you let it. Don't! Dive in. Find yourself a new scent or something that makes you feel good. Enjoy yourself. No Buyers Remorse here. (BTW)Sign up for Beauty Insider.

If the makeup you want isn't out on the floor the employees have access to inventory and are very nice about helping out any customer!

This Sephora always seems crowded and chaotic compared to others. They will have what you need, but I prefer one of the Union Square shops.
