This place actually deserves the word "Famous." Very notable menu items that are all a must-try. Most expensive item: $8 bowl. The real bang for your buck! Amazing spicy soups and food.

I've had a number of delicious meals here. I guess my wife can smell the garlic when I've had spicy dumplings. Anyway, an order of dumplings with a vegetable salad mades a very satisfying meal.

Spicy tingly beef and cumin lamb are standouts but everything is good. This place is the real deal - spicy and delicious. They've added more veggie options which is nice.

My favorite neighborhood spot--the spicy lamb noodles either in soup or without are my favorite, lamb dumplings without soup and the spicy cucumbers are my regular order

Everything is great - but be careful. This is seriously spicy! I opt for mild. The cold liang pi noodles are great - as are lamb burgers. Hand pulled noodles are classic - chose your protein.

The best Chinese you can get in Morningside Heights. All their noodles and burgers are excellent. I like balancing the spiciness with their lightly sweetened cold jasmine tea.

We found this joint during our trip to NY. The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. The place is small so be ready to get cozy with the other patrons.

Spinach dumplings are delicious, spicy and with a lot of coriander, wich was good because reminds me tropical food and it's exotic.

I didn't love the lamb dumplings (too thick for my taste). The spicy cumin lamb noodles continue to be fab! And it's fun to watch them being made while you wait

I would highly recommend the spicy sour spinach dumplings [F6]. Good and spicy vegetarian dish. Also, very fast service.

Surprised to find rather authentic, regional Xi'an food at a chain Chinese place. The cold noodles (Liang Pi) are refreshing and delicious in the summer, though they were a little bit greasy.

Spinach dumplings tasted like dumplings filled with grass to me. Hot and spicy lamb dumplings are awesome but make sure you dunk them in black vinegar!

Everything here is great, but everything here is also spicy. There is no shame in asking for things mild or to be made with the least spice possible.

Always a good price and delicious. I got the oxtail which was tender. Seemed a bit cold but may have been the outside air.

Try the cumin lamb. Burgers or noodles, it's all good. Also, try the cold salad: very underrated.

Ask for mild unless you are truly prepared for the ring of fire. They often run out of spicy & sour lamb dumplings

Cold skin noodles were really good, very spicy and lots of textures. The lamb burger was fine - I would try more of the noodle dishes instead.

Slightly more expensive than the other locations (UWS inflation), but they also take cards now. So, pick your battles.

There is a sign in the place that says it's food is better if you eat it immediately. Listen to them on this. Unless you live a block or two away, just eat it there.

The lamb burger, pure gold! The dumplings however weren't that great. The dough was a bit to thick for my liking, and the filling lacked texture.
