Was renting from the great neck branch, but their prices are more than Manhattan now. W83 is closest to me, but they NEVER have what I want.

Convenient location but way overpriced. A nice trick is to rent a car from one of the airports but return to UWS location and it’s cheaper

So disorganized. I returned my car early and they rented it out before I got to "return" it at the desk. Took them forever to check me out.

Slow and unfriendly service. There are tons of extra charges and policies that they don't tell you about when you reserve.
