Spacious gym in the lower level of a new apartment complex. Countless amount of cardio machines. Decent stretch area, decent weight area. Same machines as Planet Fitness, just with Blink logos

Just make sure you're ok with the subterranean setting.
Angelo is amazing. He came over so willing to help me correct my form, even though I'm not signed up for personal training. Be open to others advice and take the chance to grow! Love this gym!!
Miss ButterflyMay 15, 2014Used to come here but I didn't care for the staff or manager too much. They recently got a new general manager, Cisco, who is great - addresses any issues you might have Def. noticed a changed.
Asli SSeptember 17, 2016Friendly staff, clean. Not excessively crowded, even during peak hrs. Free wifi. Gets pretty hot tho. Didn't have trouble canceling; do it in person 1 mo. in advance (u will be charged 1 extra mo.)
Love this place! Staff are all super friendly, machines are well maintained and there are plenty of them, and location is super close to the CE trains.
Watch out for locker thefts here. Try not to use the lockers that are hidden off to the side when you enter. There are only 3 racks to fight over. Best to come here in the morning or around lunch.
Clean. Good quality equipment. No frills gym that gets the job done.- Other then the fact that people could be more considerate and wipe the machines when they are done (because it's gross not to), I like this gym. Has everything you could need.

Lots not packed full of jerks like the location in Jackson Heights. No waiting for the buddy groups to stop bogarting the weights and apparatus.
2 power racks while the Murray Hill location only has 1 and the NoHo location has 0.
Dan KavanaghFebruary 22, 2014The most incompetently managed business I have encountered in my 8 years in NYC. Steer clear. There are far better options in Chelsea for you to reach your fitness goals (Crunch or NYC Rec Center)
