2nd visit- Malaysia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all appliances. She even made us cookies in a convection microwave oven. Convection over heating up the whole kitchen with the oven!!- FYI..sears friends & family discount isnt a discount.The day of friends & family discounts, sears hikes the prices up making you think you're saving money.
- Nice showroom, but the staff doesn't know their products! Only the African American girl (sorry, don't know her name) knew all about the appliances.

- Ken, the new assistant manager took the time to ask for my phone number so he could call me back in 20 minutes. Sounded good, but 2 hours, im still waiting and the store is closed. Sears sucks!
- The guys follow you,but don't know the answers to your questions. Gimme some elbow room!!!!!! And read up on your products before you step to me.
- If there's no one there other than Angel or Julio, don't ask questions. You've been warned.
- 3rd trip- looking for Malaysia to go over details on washer/dryer sets and choose stove, but she wasn't there, so Nathan helped us.
- Make sure you let malaysia help you. She knows her appliances!
- I've never felt stressed out from a shopping experience until walking into sears....**sigh**
- Malaysia's a problem solver. Once again she saved the day.....I think.
