Free airport shuttle is a greater perk but needs to be more frequent. Staff is nice but everything take way too long to get done.

Somewhat conveniently located close to the airport. Free shuttle is nice but every 90 min., it's sometimes better to take a taxi. Staff is friendly, but service in restaurants can be slow.

Marwajih MarullohDecember 17, 2014Located near to Soekarno Hatta International Airport, they have a free shuttle bus every hour, which will take the passengers to Terminal 1 first and then 3 and then Terminal 2 in 15 minutes
