Massive store, Three stories, Friendly staff. Also knowledgable, and willing to try and work with you no matter what your problem is. "This is possibly the largest Apple shop in the world." Read more
These guys are fantastic! Not only were they very attentive and polite, they solved my problem (cracked display) and did not charge me because it took them a while to assist me! I am an apple fan! ❤️
Free WiFi! That's the real reason there's so many people here. They have a cool glass lift too that's very Charlie and the chocolatefactory like. One of the best apple stores to visit.
If this isn't Apple's flagship store in London, then I don't know what is. Pretty much a standard Apple Store in an interesting setting. Tip: make an appointment!
Probably one of the most zen and classiest apple stores I’ve ever been to. Genius Bar is located on the 2nd floor so be ready to climb some beautiful glass stairs up! Get your legs working
Amazing location. It is a very large store after they remodeled it. Lots of different rooms to explore different products. I like this one more vs Regent street
The Best Apple Store in London! They have toilets downstairs and I'm absolutely in love with the design of the actual store. I was only disappointed that they don't have iPhone 5s in gold;(
The Covent Garden store is a must see, it's well designed with the iconic Jobs stairs. But if travelling by the underground, then take the lift up, unless you are superman/woman.
Best customer service ever: came in, was given an appointment and someone took care of everything for me really quickly, impressed. The architecture of the building is gorgeous as well!
It’s a good store. The staff are, as in all Apple shops, very knowledgeable and friendly. I had great, fast service when buying my new iPhone on Friday.
Beautifully Made Apple Store..Though Very Busy and A "Lil" difficult to find someone free.. But once you do, the staff is ultra warm and helpful..Buying the iPhone5 was a breeze!
For Genius appointments, go in the front door, immediate left and up the spiral staircase. All 3rd party accessories are on the top floor (via stairs at the back)
Great store, staff here is far more well versed with products than what I've experienced elsewhere. Make sure you move around the store and absorb its beauty.
Rolled in with a low battery- sat and charged up (for free!) at one of the docking stations. Didn't buy charger & as I had my cord, ended up buying converter at a tourist shop for 7GBP cheaper.
The most amazing shop! I'm not particularly a gadget lover but I was impressed. Incredibly stylish and so great to see 'hands on' from customers so actively encouraged.
Yeah, it looks all shiny now, but go back 230 years and you'd be watching graverobbed corpses being dissected by the Hunter brothers. How quickly people forget.
The best ever customer experience. Not so busy at 1100 during normal weekdays . The team is extremely friendly and will help you initiating your new Mac !
Great service in-store. Had a few iphones that needed to be unlocked. The manager kindly lended me The phone, so i could talk to my norwegian carrier and now i am enjoying a unlocked iPhone on O2 :)
When opened in 2010 it was Apple's 300th and largest store. The Grade II listed building was restored by San Francisco-based practice Bohlin Cywinski Jackson using English oak and York stone.
