James HornMarch 13, 2013Simply stated, Olivas delivers some of the best Mexican food in the greater Prescott area. Its a little dingy and they need to clean the place up a little. But their green chili is the best.
One of only 2 Sonoran style places in the area and by far the best example. Excellent red and green chile.
Love Taco Tuesday!! I agree with the others about the decor..in need of a renno bad...the food is always great. I have always had good service.
MW BeautyporiumDecember 28, 2015We visited recently, very disappointed to see how run down it has become, how the prices are now and how much smaller the portions have become. We don't plan on returning, time to look for a new place- The tortilla soup is green chile with some corn and tons of cheese. Yummers.
Damion CastroSeptember 23, 2018Salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce, enchilada style burro was very plain, drive over the mountain and go to Hacienda its worth the drive- Substitute the red Chile sauce for the ranchero for even better flavor.
The food is great!! The decor not so much. Pretty outdated.
