I love this pool! It's by far the best swimming pool I've been to. You have the choice of the crystal clear water of the Olympic pool or smaller and shallower training pool. Always very clean!

Great pool. Bring own gel and googles and don't forget your £1 from the lockers! Saw the cleaning stuff take 3 coins in a row

An uplifting swim. Bright, airy, great staff. I'd say get in before 10.30 at the weekend - plenty of room at that time

Great for lane swimming, just remember to get in the right one as there are separate lanes for slow, medium and fast...

A state of the art building set in the open space of the Olympic Park. The olympic sized pool is amazing and carries the emotions from London 2012, but the training pools are now overcrowded.

Perfect for swimming. Great ambiance keeps you swim all the time. Very clean and modern. Not crowded at all-apart weekend.

Remember to bring a towel!! There are none available to hire, but for purchase only for £20 from the Speedo shop.

Slow, medium and fast lanes in the 50m pool. Unfortunately I had no success with booking a diving experience for adults, in their online system it was all just for juniors below 16 years.
