Great store. When you need an advise, there is ticket machine for your waiting number. Behind a photography equipment there's outlet where you can find secret gems.
Verkkokauppa.com is quite nice to walk around, the shop is big and therefore the sortiment is quite wide. The pre-order service queue moves at an uneven pace. It probably possess some intelligence. If you watch it, it stops. If you browse the store to kill some time, you will miss your slot.
you can always check availability of the good you need online and also book it. saves time so much.
Oddly enough, fastest way to get your pre-ordered stuff is to get them outside opening hours from 24-h kiosk.
Warehouse pickup queues are huge. Easily might take up to an hour waiting. Consider other methods of getting your gadgets.

Always amazed by how low the level of customer service can get at return department. I'm speechless. And annoyed.
I was adviced to come and pickup my pre-order at night from the 24h kiosk. Unfortunatelly some side-storage is closed at this hour and my product is over there... the waiting time is probably longer..

The new pickup system in the store is completely idiotic and takes ages to get anything. The place is also located ridiculously far away from anything. Use a car if anything.

Walking to here is quite perilous activity because of construction sites.
