Their staff is not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Got heavy bags? That's nice, carry them yourself. Have a problem? Nobody cares. Says dog friendly but offers nothing for your pets.
The complimentary happy hour w/ appitizers for Starwood members is a nice gesture, if Ur a beer, wine& soda. Appetizers were pretty bad. It sounds nasty but it's pretty damn good!
Get the driver to take you to Pentagon Row shops. Several places to eat. Don't walk!!!
