Kind of neighborhood place you love because it's just round the corner and the staff is friendly. Nice selection of wines and above average food. Just still some progress needs to be done with coffee.

From my last visit the service changed and now it is my favorite place for a coffee, yammi and good dinner in the area.
Phil’s still has good food. But has become unreliable on service or even when they are open. One of first bistros in Prague - many choices now and they don’t put up the effort as before.
