Hannah LeeMay 25, 2018Chop’t is really good if you add lots of extra stuff to the original (given) options and ask for extra dressing. You have to highly personalize your salad or it will be pretty dry and unappetizing.
When there's no wait, it's great. But the line gets insane, and the staff is extremely ill equipped for the volume during the lunch rush. And pre-ordering on Ritual doesn't necessarily save time.
- The lines gets outrageous quick, but it moves pretty quickly and if you can overlook that it's a great, healthy lunch option.
Denise D.September 14, 2018Salad and wheat wrap options. I had the Cali Steakhouse wrap it’s basically the salad version in a wrap. The steak has good flavor but they are small thin strips. I Expected more flavor.- Relatively efficient even through the busy lunch hour. One main line divides into two ingredient stations and 6 choppers.
There was still a line, and not even closing time but they were 'closed.' Pretty rude.
