    I would have had more success/received greater satisfaction by asking the Jesus preacher screaming into a megaphone outside to help me fix my phone. This store = clueless. Abandon hope, Verizon-users.

    Literally the most useless Verizon store in DC. If you are having problems with your phone, I suggest going to a different location.
