Good body work out, but it will vary depend on the instructor. So if you don't like your first class, try a different instructor.

I've done three classes so far and there has been minimal "pull your mat 1/3 of the way up the wall" sort of work which I hated at The Dailey Method.

These mats are MUCH sturdier than the Bar Method ones.
