- Renee RiveraMarch 31, 2015There's generally a line but it's definitely worth the wait. I almost always go for a split scoop because the flavors are just too great to choose. I always miss the monthly flavors once they're gone!
- The May theme is May flowers. The floral flavors are rhubarb crumble with toasted anise, wildflower honey with ricotta walnut lace cookies, rose water and apple bitters, dill flowers and fennel pollen
- LOVED The Universe III (which was a special, seasonal flavor) as well as the Lemon Meringue Pie. The staff was so great and knowledgeable. I also tried the tomato olive oil flavor which was great.

- Even if you don't like ice cream, go here. Some of the most out-of-the-box flavors in town, and somehow they all work! I loved the olive and goat cheese. They have flights too!
