Mark DregerJune 28, 2015Tasty ramen; the broth is really good. It's nice to sit at the bar and look out at Valencia Street. Prices are a little steep for getting one slice of pork in the base bowl. But that's 2015 SF.

FionaJanuary 10, 2015Definitely trendy environment but all that faded into the background when food arrived. Really enjoyed my large (oomori?) Beyond ramen! The Orenchi ramen was a great start for my new-to-ramen friend.
Alex LinOctober 28, 2014Beyond Ramen: roasted garlic, bamboo, thin sliced pork, & a thick/chewy noodle. perfect w/a cold beer. karaage is just bbq wings. agedashi tofu stole the day- bomb sauce. painfully trendy inside.
The Beyond Ramen (unique to the Valencia location) had interesting noodles thicker than a typical ramen. The broth lacked depth though. I appreciated how the broth was light and refreshing.

Super cool, fun, hip atmosphere but wasnt impressed by the food :/ wouldn't come back (too many other great places in SF)- They've played the best music out of any ramen shop I've ever been to. Tonight it was all about Deep House and Disco. Super trendy inside. The Ramen? Just okay.

Winson WongSeptember 28, 2015SF version of Orench in Santa Clara but not quite as good. Orenchi ramen broth was flavorful but noodles was too soft, onsen egg not seasoned and pork too thin. Portion wasn't big. $12 for a bowl.
I was prepared to be let down, but this place is really delicious. Orenchi ramen had great broth and thicker noodles. I'd wait for this again.
