winMarch 7, 2015Perfectly sized cupcakes for $3. Not the friendliest service, but the food made up for it. The vanilla bean was super real vanilla tasting, chocolate was less special.

- If everything in PHeights must burn to the ground at least spare for us the Little Cupcake Bakeshop's individual cheesecakes.
