Trainer yanked nine (9) times on the inverted spiked collar of a labradoodle. 6:15pm today. I reported him. Then called in later to confirm discipline. Imagine what the trainer would do alone.

If you get your dog groomed here ask for Trisha. She is amazing and always makes my dogs look wonderful.

Alison, the dog trainer, is amazing. She is wonderful with the puppies and can answer any question you have about behavior.

"Additional cashier to the registers, please..." The automated pages for the employees are so annoying - especially when the employees don't heed them, and it drones on repeatedly...

Bring your own cleaning supplies if your dog piddles in pet stores. They don't have cleaning stations readily available.

Absolutely the worst Petco. More miss than hit. I know they don't pay much but come on, use your head.

I agree about the customer service being horrible. You ask a simple question & they either stare at you blankly or don't seem to want to find the answer. Not cool :(

Horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait in line for at least 15 minutes. At least.
