Rachel KFebruary 8, 2015The menu is always changing but if you see the carrots and goat cheese small plate, get that. Comes with fresh, roasted and puréed carrots with a whipped goat cheese.
OliverFebruary 28, 2016Entire meal! Treat Aestus as one of those locals only gems. Chef Dru is not f-ing around w/this one. Watever is fresh in the markets, expect him to make a masterpiece to get you comin back for more!
