    Get filet slices on side plate so you can cook it to your liking in the soup. HATE over cooked beef which will happen in this hot soup place no matter what. Filet and tendon brown... AMAZING.

    Can't speak for the quality of the pho, but the vermicelli bowls were very tasteless. Also, the shrimp and egg roll one only has 4 tiny pieces of shrimp, which is a ripoff
