always a great time here! if coming for the 6-8pm classes and you need to change, etc make sure you have a small buffer of time bc check in sometimes gets backed up.

Fun but hard work out! The classes are Revolutions (spin) and Hip Hop Club. Both are super friendly to newcomers. It's nice, has toiletries, towels, & shoe rentals. Flagship studio is in Palo Alto

GRIT is one of my top workout classes in the studio for cardio/weight training. Also, the hip hop is a routine you gradually learn throughout the class, it'll make ya sweat!

Two unisex showers with generic bath products; they're not too crowded coming out of a 6AM class, but there's usually a line after a 7AM one.

Try this place out through Class Pass (FB always has promotions)! Fun and energetic instructors! There's hip hop, revolutions (like SoulCycle), and grit.
