My favorite bakery in Seattle! It feels like the Great British Bake Off come to life. I strongly recommend the Kougin Amman and the carrot cake. Or stop in after 11 for a seasonal salad.

Sunny bakeshop with beautiful pastries. The cretzel (cross between a croissant and a pretzel) is reminiscent of the crunchy part of a croissant, sprinkled with flakes of salt, like a pretzel! 😝

Their croissants are amazing. I also enjoy the olive oil rhubarb bundt cake and they make their own, very tasty chai!

The cretzel was flaky enough with just a touch of salt. Marvelous!

Unique pastries, but nothing I would rave about. Don't expect to fill up here; the options are light.

No matter what time you come, early or late, or what you want, they're out of it. Quite unapologetic too. I come often and the best the service gets is indifferent. They're often inattentive and rude.

Overpriced and a bit overrated. Good coffee, small pricey pasties that look good but mostly fall flat taste-wise.
