Pollo tropical opened about a month ago at this new location. The food is fresh n delicious...love to order the family meal w the fried yucca side...yum

Grew up eating pollo tropical but when I went here it was terrible!! The service was horrendous everyone got there food after 1 hr people were asking for their money back! The employees cursed!

We went to eat here and it was really a disappointment. The food was cold and they didn't have chicken ready. They said it was going to be 45 mins. 😡😡😡
