If you're going to Pelourinho area, you can negotiate the cab price around R$50-60. Don't let them run the meter. Some individuals are offering even lower price but that's up to you to take it.

Tam's fast bag drop lane for self check in actually worked at this airport. There is only a small sign pointing to it but it's definetly worth it.

There is a property bus station behind the cart park, 300 metres from where you exit arrivals. You will find far more buses to the centre from here - and cheaper than the tourist airport bus too.

If you want to watch planes, you'll have to go to the completely empty "Shopping Aero" in the their floor... But the windows are dirty

Go to the COMTAXI booth and get a round trip cab ticket with a 10% discount. Really works and you can pay with a credit card. Enjoy the city of Salvador!

Comam no Jin Jin Wok na praça de alimentação, comida asiática muito boa e o precinho em conta. Pra quem gosta de sushi, yakisoba, entre outros da gastronomia asiática, esse é o lugar ! 😄

Ótimo, wi-fi, praça de alimentação variado, bom espaço na praça de alimentação, taxi, locação de carro, lojas diversas (roupas, doces, etc), falta de limpeza e organização praça e banheiros.
