Hidden treasure on border of Chinatown and LES serves up best, authentic, fresh, Greek food in a hip yet cozy environs. You can't go wrong with the Saganaki, Octopus, Lamb Chops, Branzino & Moussaka!

Hidden Gem! Real yummy greek restaurant. By far the best in east side and could easily compete with Kyklades and Pylos. Things to order: octopus, spicy cheese, mousakka , salad #yum

As frustrating as a 2hr wait sounds, it's worth it. Just grab a drink nearby, they'll call you. Got the house red, tzatziki, salad, octopus, moussaka, lamb and baklava - loved everything!

The food comes out really quick! Skip the Greek salad, and go for the spanikopita, fries with egg, octopus, eggplant dip and don't forget wine. Reasonable prices and good to share plates

Get here early to avoid long waits. At 6:30pm on a Friday the place was mostly empty. All great: spicy cheese dip, horiatiki, octopus, mama's roast chicken. The best? Fries w/ feta and mustard sauce.

Horiatiki salad and lamb chops. Yes! Some of the best octopus in the city especially. Inexpensive. No wait on a Monday evening but can be busy most nights. But sit, stay awhile and enjoy yourself.

The mixed meat plate was great for sharing-- would split this with 3-5 people. The tzatziki sauce was a great starter. No reservations, but large space. Friendly, cool, trendy environment.

Such a great spot! They don’t take reservations, but it’s worth the wait if it’s busy. We got a bunch of the small plates, which seemed like the way to go. The octopus and tzatziki were great.

Um...yum! Super inexpensive spot. The Greek salad and octopus are perfect to start and the meat platter for 2 is huge! If you're in the mood for a pasta, get the pasticcho. It's huge!

This place is a gem. Dim lighting, the decor and music sets an awesome lively vibe that makes you forget you're in NYC. Try the zuccini chips, greek salad, the spanakopita , grilled octopus . So good.

Why did I not know of this amazing place any sooner. Had the saganaki and octopus for apps. Lamb fricasse and grilled branzino for mains. Amazing taste and fast service. Definitely returning soon.

Definitely worth the long wait to get seated... Everything was amazing. Get the mousakka, the Greek salad, the spaghetti with shrimp on a shell... Get everything and share with a group!

Cool Greek spot w/ dark ambiance and a neverending series of rooms. The Pastitchio (like Moussaka sans the eggplant), Lamb Frikasse, and Zucchini Chips were delish. Octopus slightly disappointed.

Try the shrimp, spicy feta and lamb chops. The house wine is great too. Long waits, 6 credit card maximum. They have eggplant and tomato dish for vegetarians!

The melitzanoslata and taramasalata were delicious appetizers. Spanokopita was fantastic, as were the lemon potatoes. Eggplant dish was flavorful and baklava was sublime. Definitely recommend!

Place interesting layout! We checked in one side and then they took us to a table across the street. Great service, food for g price. Highly rec yogurt, the spanakopita, chicken souvlaki platter!

One of my top five restaurants in the city. Lamb and octopus are excellent, as is the Greek salad. Nice to go at an off time like Saturday afternoon so you don’t have to fight for space.

The most unexpected surprise. small tiny place in China town has the best food,best service,great vibe and worth the wait. Kiki in south beach is fancy but this one knows how to keep you happy 😜💕

Fab. Greek salad is a must! French fries too. Make sure to get the lamb chops; i got some other lamb that was good but too fatty. Also feel like I made a mistake not getting the roast chicken.Nxt time

No frills classic E Bway hipster vibe with a large and really good selection of Greek food. Octopus and the little meat patties were highlights. Fish was very nicely done as well

You just can't go wrong here. Try the horiatiki salad, grilled octopus, spanakopita (spinach and feta cheese pie) and the catch of the day. Top notch service. Prices won't break the bank.

Everything we had was delicious. The grilled fish is off the charts good. We also loved the octopus and horyataki salad. Very authentic Greek food and super reasonable price. We'll be back soon.

Cool atmosphere, very dimes square. Almost shocking how reasonably this place is priced (for NY standards). Saganaki, spanakopita, horiaktiki, and branzino should all be on your table.

Went here after my favorite greek restaurant in nyc (Ayios) sadly closed. Food was good, but definitely not worth the two hour wait to get a table. Order takeout from here if you can!

maroulosalata is great to start. mama's roast chicken is incredible. there's usually a really long wait (at least an hour) but I was seated immediately on a saturday around 230.
