Slynky CatJanuary 6, 2017The Dracula Tonkotsu is amazing, the black garlic gives an amazingly rich flavour. Very moreish. Char Sui BBQ pork belly, nitamago egg, mushrooms, ramen, ginger, sesame, nori seaweed. Gorgeous.
The vegetarian ramen at this branch is better than at the central branches—a miso based stock that's full and mouth filling topped with tofu, bamboo shoots and kikurage. Get it topped with nitamago!
Jenya SJuly 7, 2017A good Shoryu branch, swift service. I always go for their signature tonkotsu ramen and hard noodles - never disappoints. Matcha is good too. They automatically add service on top of your food bill.

- Just like the Shoryus we know and love but with fancier napkins, and I don't know whether it was me going without for a month, but a much thicker, fattier, meatier Hakata Tonkotsu than its sisters

Try the rice dishes too. And the frozen Asahi and nice selection of sake and cocktails.

Quite disappointed. I had high hopes. Noodle was good but smaller portion compare to other branches & I think more expensive. Wagyu bun tasted like McDonald's although it was tender. Bun was not fresh

Get an extra egg! They're lovely in the tonkotsu broth 👌
- Had to order extra after noodle as portion was so small. Got the wagyu bun. Tasty but tasted like McDonald's. Shame. I had high hopes. Will come when desperate for ramen only.
- M ADecember 1, 2019Criminals! After having eaten ramen with shrimps, my gf got sick for 2 days from the night after our dinner, vomiting 7 times with an unsustainable pain. Those shrimps not well cooked reveal a problem
