Precisely what bassin de la Villette and canal de l'Ourcq need: Hipster magnet of a microbrewery with decent space and beers for the summer crowds. 5 beers on tap, my current favorite: Oeil de biche.

Excellent beer, inside is noisy, outside is very nice. If it's crowded (as usual), take a plastic glass and sit by the pond.

Went at 5pm on a fine Sunday, was told nothing was left on the menu but the special (so €€€) and the pizza- A large outdoor area makes it easy to find a seat outside but don’t forget it can get hot in the sun!
