Chicken cooked to perfection. Longanisa so so good. Garlic bits are perfect. Do not mind the worker at door. Shes a bit bitchy but the food is soooo worth it.

We use the term “hole in the wall” as a folksy cliche, but Ricebar truly is a hole in the wall, a teeny kitchen with a door on downtown’s Seventh Street. Read more

Pork Longganisa with a fried egg and black rice was delicious. The sausage is house made and is pretty fantastic. Little hole in the wall on 7th Street, worth a visit for a Downtown lunch.

After watching the “Worth It” episode about Rice Bar, I got the garlic rice with longanisa and egg. It did NOT disappoint. The ginger tea was a bit strong, but it was excellent overall.

Great for a quick lunch. The longanisa (pork sausage) is perfectly seasoned and delicious, and the crispy anchovies make for an aromatic and well textured bowl.

Like LASA, a beautiful example of great Filipino food brought into the mainstream, this time in a tiny shop downtown by Chef Charles. Homemade longganisa and a strong sense of community.

Tiny spot with tasty rice bowls. Show up a little before lunch rush hour to grab a seat at the extremely limited counterspace.
