So awesome if you're a sushi lover. No real sit-down space. There are also veggie and meat (pulled pork) options. Opens at 11am - plan to arrive by 11:30am or plan to stand a while outside in line.

Burrito-sized sushi may upset purists, but they're delicious nonetheless. Try the Beatrix Roll: yellowfin tuna & salmon sashimi, cucumber, pickled cabbage, green onion, tempura crunch, & unagi sauce.

The Beatrix is very good and gives you a taste of both the tuna and salmon sashimi. It is a good amount of food for a reasonable price. The pork shoulder option also looked great.

Come on a Saturday when it's not crowded. You might wind up with a bite full of straight veggies with no protein, but it's definitely worth the experience.

I strongly recommend getting the "Sofie" - Crunchy, tangy shrimp tempura, avocado, pickled cabbage, carrot, toasted sesame seeds, red tobiko, and sriracha mayo

Tasty sushi the size of a burrito rolled in seaweed. The Sofie, with Shrimp Tempura, is my favorite. Try the all-natural blueberry soda.

The Beatrix lives up to the hype; it's the closest thing to a tuna/salmon roll on the menu. Gogo was disappointing as the taste was overpowered by the coconut flavor.

Buredo lives up to the hype - fresh, delicious, speedy, and priced comparably to traditional sushi places.

Employees will bite your hand if you ask to change the order as according to their menu, but pretty good if you escape with one of your hands

The Beatrix is so close to that of an actual sushi roll that you end up paying $12 for a full sushi meal that will fill you up.

The Hanzo is the best! Right amount of sauce. Pai Mei is a close second.

Big fan. A little pricey but good ingredients. I thought their tuna was better than the salmon.

Get a Beatrix. Mostly worth the line out the door (25 mins) but wouldn't wait more than once.

The Sofie is really good, a bit heavy on the cabbage. Would order it again, though.

You are most likely not here to get the salad. It is good in its own right, but try other things first.

Went with co workers but left after standing in line for 15 mins. May try again if service speeds up or the hype dies down
