- COctober 27, 2017If you arrived early or have a long layover go upstairs of the gates and find amazingly comfortable lounging chairs. Despite it being super busy while I was there, upstairs was quiet/practically empty

- Majed AlashariMay 12, 2023Nice airport with many facilities. If arrived after midnight Taxis is only transportation choice. Prices is fixed but taxi drivers never obey those prices so make sure to know exactly the price.
- Airport has been remodeled and is looking great. A LOT of shopping from high end to smaller boutiques. It's also way bigger now and you will be walking much further to get to your gate.
- Wi-Fi is extremely good, free, relatively quick data transfer and strong signal with wide coverage. Wifi is on even on board of the aircraft if one travels on C class...

- Should you find yourself here in transit, or with time left after your shopping, do one of the wine/Prosecco bars and enjoy lunch. Both the fish and meat selection are delicious!
- Bettina KAugust 2, 2021If you have a leg in Rome, go upstairs. In the very back is a lounge open to all travelers. It has besides a bar and a buffet also a shower. Against a small fee you get access + can use the WiFi.

- We liked the airport. It's huge, but comfortable. There are a lot of pointers, but everything is clear. It is impossible to get lost. The airport employees work professionally.
- For something different from pasta, panini or pizza, try the fresh salad bar right after security at T1, the mozzarella bar near the D gates, or the sushi bar after immigration T3 transit
- Adam NabilJanuary 20, 2017Those who like shopping will find Italy's luxury brands, fhe airport is filled with them. There are also various restaurants, café's and bars to have a bit or a drink while in transit. Great airport!

- Ralitsa IvanovaOctober 2, 2018Great shopping airport (of course being Italy). You can find pretty much any brand there. It’s not very big and easy to navigate around. Customs can be very long though even for EU citizens.

- Jim BaileyMay 23, 2015Passengers flying directly to the U.S. must process through terminal 5 and then take a shuttle bus to the gates. It is a little confusing as lines forms however the process moves fairly quickly.

- Taxis are about €45 to the city center. Trenitalia has a new route that runs every 15 min from FCO there for €15 each way. Only a 30 min ride. 👍🏼🚝
- Maite C.S.September 7, 2018Make sure to double check your gate in the departures screen and your destination in the gate's screen. They make gate changes constantly and although they announce them you may not hear it!
- Ir CJanuary 29, 2023Take the train from the city. Roma Centri is the station. Trains leave every 10-15 minutes, cost 8-14, 30 minutes and a short walk and you will be at your counters

- Gil JaquezFebruary 23, 2015Go with the Boingo Hotspot free wifi. If you need to charge mobile device and don't gave the adapter, don't buy one at the airport, too expensive. The free charge outlets here gave USB ports.
- Great shopping with plenty of food and clothes stores open even late on Sunday...yes, it may not be the best by global standards but certainly tops almost every other airport in Italy..gr8 food too!

- C0_okieApril 8, 2014There is a bus station in 5min by walk from the airport. Bus will take u to Termini Station with the stop near Vaticano for 6 euro per person only. There is Wi-Fi in the bus and it is free of charge.
