- Marina OmApril 26, 2014There's a stand of The Merchant of Venice perfumes at the souvenir shop in the duty free area. Great perfumes! Nice shopping assistant. And you can buy a kit to compose perfumes yourself! Big like :)Upvoted 1 week ago
- Flor HolvoetAugust 31, 2014The waterbus will take you into the city. Good to know: Google Maps knows this too so you can plan your itineary with it. Also, buy tickets online to save time & money.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- pluckerSeptember 24, 2011A 33cl bottle of water on ground floor (floor 0) is €2.40, on the 1st floor it's €2.10. On the ground floor vending machine it's €1 (if it works). On the 2nd floor vending machine, it's €0.35!!!Upvoted 5 days ago
- nicola foraniNovember 4, 2017Probably the best airport in Italy if you compare to all the others. Only weakness are still the security control that are too slow but shops and food inside are good and also the waiting chairs!
- Beautiful airport terminal with water features. Security checks are sometimes congested , as well as passport control at arrival. Public transport connections far from great.
- Joel OlesonDecember 5, 2018Small airport, but fun place for a long layover. Water taxi, train, rental cars and busses are easily accessible. The only downside so far is the LHR style wait and see until gate is assigned.
- Hamilton Fortuna BautistaOctober 15, 2018Once you’ve landed make sure to keep your eyes open for signs leading towards the boat taxi if staying in the city center. Costs about €12 and fast!
- MuratJune 11, 2016Small but still efficient, well organized and passenger friendly. Could be very busy at certain times of the year. 20 min away from the central station.
- Santiago ZarateMay 16, 2016When you get here, if you're going to venice using a Vaporetto, make sure you check the routes very carefully to see which one is closest to your hotel!
- Its the best airport, but traveling from here to Venice isn't cheap. The best option is to take the bus boat there. However, it'll take a little over an hour to get to town centre buy the bus boat.
- Are you flying internationally? Make sure to eat in the area between security screening and passport check. Once you reach the gate you'll find only quick bites and coffee.
- StarduckMay 5, 2017Easily accessible from Piazzale Roma.We took a taxi to the airport. A quiet airport with enough facilities and neat service.
- If you arrived too early, you can easily find a seat in the arrivals area (on the ground floor; it's on the left side if you enter the building from the bus station).
- QOctober 1, 2019Cool airport, far better than one in Rome. Services all the major airlines of the world. Directions are super visible and easy to understand.
- Greg FullerJuly 14, 2019Nice “small” airport. Easy to get around. Only negative was that once we went through security there was only one shop and snack area to choose from.
- Tim PressmanAugust 25, 2018Perhaps the easiest International arrival I’ve experienced anywhere. From landing to outside with all luggage in under 15 minutes.
- Ralph MoránJanuary 29, 2014Give yourself some time when departing. Keep in mind, security is tight quarters. Additionally, people here don't mind cutting you off in line.
- Anne R.November 17, 2015It is a 10 minute walk over uneven ground to the water bus/water taxi. Use a luggage trolley for an easier trip to the dock. Water bus is 15 Euros. Private water taxi is 120 Euro.
- Brian T.March 23For tax free shopping, the customs kiosks open at 0500h, and there is one on either side of security. Global Blue refund offices open at 0700h and are also on both sides
- If you travel here often make sure to scoop up a Priority Pass to the Marco Polo Lounge and enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop deck 😄✈️🇮🇹.
- After collecting your luggage you can reach easily and fast enough the bus 5 to Venice, going on to your right and going out in the first exit door before where is the checkin area from EasyJet

- Michael B.July 27, 2019Be early when you’re leaving. It’s a very crowded airport. It’s a big airport with lots of restaurants and cafés inside. Ok food on the 2nd floor. You also can sit outside and watch the airplanes.

- Aidu FNovember 8, 2014Direct bus from the station is €6 one way. Free wifi for 30 min. For easyjet, the bag drop off is on the ground floor, as soon as you disembark the bus
- U KApril 20, 2014A nice trick to charge your phone at this airport is to use the USB ports of the computers for paid Internet access. Look for the ones with a little red light. Otherwise it won't work.
- Dominic ThomasMay 31, 2014Some comments about this airport are seriously out of date. May 2014 there is plenty of shopping (mainly high end brand, including a Ducati outlet) and wifi is available.
- Pushkin ShuklaDecember 16, 2016The airport require to have more chairs for the people who are waiting at Departure. There is not fancy at the airport
- Brian YuMay 13, 2019Pence you checked in with your airline. You need to go back towards the entrance on the 2nd floor to get to the departure security check
- 2013 3rd busiest Italian Airport and still expending to a 3rd runaway. Now they only need to get the free trolley and free WiFi sorted to elevate to a better service.
- For budget transfer to Mestre/Venice use bus stop "Tessera Centro" 1km away from terminal (~15-20 min. walk). From this station you can use normal fare 1.5€ (3€ onboard) for ACTV busses (5, 15, 45).
- Going to or coming back from Padova, Terme Euganee and all around area? There is a good transfer service from 1 to 8 passengers in economy or business class: www.dmr-autonoleggio. eu. +39 049 8235866
- Lili MissJanuary 4, 2015Slow check-in counters but nice shops and cheap places to have breakfast!!!! 5€ for a coffee, orange juice & a croissant!!!
- What's the point with the priority lane if everyone can use it. Still once inside you can enjoy a nice atmosphere.
- The new layout for security lets more people to fit inside. Hope this will reduce the usual chaos in the outside area at peak season.
