- H KDecember 24, 2017Very crowded lounge with slow free wifi and some drinks / food. I liked that it was a sanctuary from the madness outside but it lacked free showers (20 pounds) and any restrooms.Upvoted Feb 16
- Foxxy BJuly 17, 2017One of the better Aspire lounges in the network. Unsure what the Priority Pass site means by "after Customs & Immigration"—not true. Good breakfast sausage & eggs.
- Godwin TJuly 17, 2017Aspire & LoungeKey are two partners in crime, Misleading customers as complimentary service & charge. Crowded, rubbish food. Even if it’s free, won't choose this place for food or comfort or honestyUpvoted 2 weeks ago
- Rachel ClarkOctober 4, 2019Be prepared to wait. It’s a small space, and if they’re at capacity, you might have to put your name down on a waitlist and sit outside the entrance for 20 minutes. Free Prosecco is nice, though.
- Barry JennerMarch 28, 2017Look for seats further towards the back of the lounge to find somewhere to sit when it gets busy.
- SSKMay 7, 2023I access this Lounge thanks to LoungeKey which is free with my free credit card. not on par with BA Biz Lounge. But it’s free so I can’t complain. I love the pancake machine!
- KaitlinFebruary 16, 2019Kind of a weird lounge. It’s beautiful and stylish, but also really tiny, and doesn’t have private bathrooms. The food and drink was limited, but good. Also has lots of plugs, which is nice.
- Ed GeorgeApril 29, 2019Very cramped lounge with little personal space if you're lucky enough to be there during a quiet period and find a free seat.
- Ben Murphy-RyanOctober 18, 2015Ok but too small as the only non-BA lounge in T5. Grabbed some seats and limited food - no bread at breakfast is weird!
- Salem RizkNovember 9, 2018Very crowded, u can barely find a seat and they keep letting people in though it’s full. Seat r not comfy and toilets r the public ones outside of the lounge
- Soren Powell-HolseOctober 8, 2018Very small lounge with quirky layout so always very crowded. Food and drinks offer is ok, but not so relaxing when you have to roam around hoping a seat free up
- Pericles PapamichalisJuly 10, 2023Try to make a reservation the day before and keep in mind they let you in three hours before your flight.
- Improvements are good - more seating etc. Electric sockets don't all work and staff variable. Hot food could be a lot better. Very boring selection.
- Gerry Espinosa FriasApril 3, 2017Poor experience, always busy, had to be in a waiting list for 30 mins, at the end was faster, hot food ok, you can't ask for a double shot, not at the level of any other Priority pass lounge.
- Slaveiko SavovFebruary 17, 2018Small lounge that easily gets crowded and noisy. Had good food selection including eggs and sausage for breakfast. Shower is too expensive!
- Woof WoofMarch 12, 2017What a lounge! As good experience if you just sit outside the lounge. Such narrow space, and lousy grumpy/"F*** U" service.
- Megan AllisonFebruary 2, 2022Waitlisted for bad food, tiny space and NO BATHROOM. Do better, Priority Pass. Nice light tho.
- Jon MooreSeptember 29, 2018Small and with strange waiting staff but decent food and place to sit before your flight ✈️
- Rickard JonssonAugust 29, 2016A nice but small lounge. The food offering is beyond limited though, but drinks are okay
- OliJuly 22, 2017Not the best lounge but beats waiting in the terminal. Some food and drinks available.
- Colton StaabMay 29, 2019This lounge is bad (even by Priority Pass’s low standards). Layout is terrible, food is bad, and very crowded
- JoeApril 25, 2018Temporarily doing no massages whole undergoing renovation as told to me by receptionist.
- Hendry WidjayaJanuary 24, 2017£40 for 3 hours and £60 for 6 hours (max) for food, drinks, wifi. Showers at £20.
- Adelino NakanoJune 28, 2018Terrible! Be away from here! I had to wait in a queue for 30 min and there was no available seats. Receptionists were rude and didn't care.
- Gruen ApfelOctober 16, 2016horrible place. waste of your time and money. never ever will i show up there! bad food, bad coffee, no toilets, small and crowded. things that are free in other places must be paid for here.
- Vaibhav SharmaJanuary 4, 2017The WiFi here is worse than the free Heathrow WiFi. So don't bother. Password is recharge3 if anyone still cares.
- Behraam BaqaiJanuary 1, 2018Fairly sure my sister and mom ate the macaroni and cheese and got food poisoning.
- AlittlefatlambOctober 13, 2015Terrible place easily full and overbook still allows guest in. Poor managing
- Stuart BruceNovember 13, 2016Not the best Aspire lounge I've used, in fact one of the worst, but at least it's a lounge.
- Dan DNovember 7, 2015Rest pods are fantastic cabins to relax and have a nap during flight connections !
- minzyiiiAugust 9, 2019Food and drink choices are limited (the food is MEH), and it's such a small lounge, so crowded ..
- This lounge is now rather horrendous. They are complacent as it is the only pay to enter lounge at T5. Awful staff who should not be in customer facing roles. Would not bother if we had to pay.
- Pushed for space but a good option when travelling from Terminal 5.
