The hakata-style ramen uses a rich but not overly fatty tonkotsu base while throwing in chili or garlic oil to boost flavor. Comparable to Shin Sen Gumi but with a bit more finesse. Read more

Both Tonkatsu and God Fire Ramen (Level 2 - spicy paste on the side) are delicious! Black Tonkatsu by itself doesn't really catch my eye, but it is so much tastier if you add some spicy paste in it!

博多にある一幸舎のFC店、本店同様泡系でスープは骨感もありかなり濃厚。麺は細平麺でバッキバキ、博多の再現性がLAではかなり高し。

今年のセマナサンタに訪問。おそらく骨感がCAで1番出ている。濃度も高く満足度高いラーメン。

ロサンゼルス二大白濁豚骨ラーメンの一翼を担う。個人的にはメニューから外されるはずが、リクエストに答えやっぱ復活したTSUJITAより好み。サイドの餃子、唐揚げ、炒飯、全てに満足。
