- Turkish AirlinesMarch 17, 2014Welcome to Austria! The Grüner See (or Green Lake) near the town of Tragöß is known for its amazingly clear waters; be sure to stop by if you're looking for somewhere to relax!Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Bogdan D.August 13, 2017Not so big, but very modern airport; quick services; steep prices; free working wi-fi at the gates; good food and shopping experience; many places to rest with your feet up; free phone chargers;Upvoted 4 days ago
- Kai RNovember 5, 2017Free, reliable, fast WiFi. When staying there last time there was easy access (just a T&C splash screen, no registration required) and fast connection (about 12MB/s in downstream).Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Don't get suckered into the CAT tram Into the city. 12 euros one way. Why? Take the schnell bahn for 4.40 euros. 2.20+2.20 for the ticket. Takes only a few minutes longer and you end up richer.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Love this airport: it is calm, clean and staff is mostly friendly. Make sure you arrive in advance for check in and security checks when traveling in the summer time.
- Dawid KaskFebruary 6, 2015That's a really clean and nice airport. But, if you're planning to sleep there or spend more time, remember there's no showers! Free WiFi, charging places and the sofas are great!
- Easy to access and get around airport. Quick registration for Austrian airlines. Very comfy waiting halls by the gates. Some places to sleep and get some work done. There is no rush - this is Austria!
- Vienna airport is great, organized, clean and well equipped place. Free wifi, a lot of healthy food options, comfy seats with charging options. It is a pleasure to fly from here👌🏻
- Vienna Airport is about 30 minutes from the city center. Book your CAT-ticket online in advance (including public transport for the city) and you'll start your journey without any stress.
- like the various shops, restaurants, supermarkets...the best and cheapest way to town: schnellbahn line S7...you can use also the ÖBB trains to main train station-download their app for tickets
- Awesome airport❤️I find its organisation best in Europe.Fast visa control, super comfy gates ,easy to navigate.Always chose it when I have a chance . Austrian airlines are great too. Minor- biz lounges
- Everything is new and clean, free wifi available. The airport is very efficient: once I came in with international flight and was already on the train 20 min after landing! Including passport control!
- Michael Fox-RabinovitzAugust 29, 2017Very modern, well designed and efficient airport. Has direct train tickets to city center
- Yuri TeixeiraSeptember 14, 2015Nice and polite staff, super organized and very well signed, nice options to eat and a nice shop selection and the most important: access by commuter trains (cheapest and good option).
- For me one of the best airports in Europe. The Vienna Lounge is great! Don't use the CAT (City Airport Train), it's way overpriced. Use normal S-Bahn instead for around 4€ one way!Upvoted Apr 3

- elGriego.NETJune 27, 20178,5/10 Huge airport. There are many signs to help you know where you have to go. The info point is very helpful! And there is a special place to help you buy a ticket for the public transport
- Very convenient, clean, what is great is supermarket downstairs (but before security) so you dont have to pay those prices for food. Water for 1,90€. We have to live with that.
- The best airport in the whole of Europe for transfer/connected flights, definitely! They are ultra professional and I very much recommend this airport for this kind of flight. 👍👌💪🛫🛬
- Sky Lounge Non-Schengen G gates immediately after Passport control is good: From 5pm hot meal buffet such as stir fry. Breakfast continental cheeses, meats, croissants.
- At the security check make sure you take out all your electronic devices + liquids. It will save you time during the scanning process. Duty free shops work from 6 am at Terminal 1.
- It's quite a modern airport. One downside is that there is quite a bit of walking required between some gates/terminals without the option of "people movers" or other options to make the trek easier.
- Olga PogribnaMarch 5, 2016If you have some "airports experience"- so you will enjoy and appreciate those nice coaches and a free wifi during waiting for your connection flight! ... especially if it's not only one!!!
- Toma BanenaiteSeptember 9, 2014Comfortable, smart, easy to find everything you are looking for, modern, new, clean! But... I'm missing smoking room! I know it's bad habit but still...
- Seda KokaJanuary 4, 2016Try Lemonade with Beer at Johann Strauss Cafe - great alternative to beer if you are looking for cider but all you can find is beer.
- Especially when you are in foreign countries without data plan, it really makes sense to have free WiFi available. This is the way to go VIE!
- Best Europe airport: free Wi Fi, work places with chargers, soft sitting/sleeping places and huge duty frees with new sales each time
- Antonio GarzaOctober 2, 2017The airport is well connected, the city train connects to the metro station, it cost €14 and the 24 hour metro thicket is about €8, the taxi cost about €38 to the down town. The internet is free.
- Very comfortable and travel friendly airport. Compliments for the staff at security check. Efficient!
- Do not miss out on great toasted sandwiches in Spar at the arrivals area. Freshly made and so well priced you will regret you did not grab one seeing the prices x3d after the passport control line.
- Frank NeulichedlAugust 7, 2014One of the best airports I've been. New, modern, well laid out. Sofas and cozy corners with plugs and tables. Free Wi-Fi and a great connection to the city center.
- Hayo BartJuly 27, 2023S-Bahn line 7, RailJet Express 7 and RailJet 643 and RailJet Xpress 863, take you from respectively Wien Mitte and Wien Bahnhof to the airport for just €4,40 (instead of the €16 for CAT.
- So far one of the most comfortable airports, fast get through, nice duty free and all is done fast, smoking areas in the restaurants, and very friendly staff!
- Easy nice clean professional airport , big differences from Istanbul airport, the only thing that I would ask authorities at Wien Airport is to give professional training to restaurant workers
- Kirsty NenadicJuly 12, 2014Great airport. Free wifi (that works well) loads of comfortable seating including great charger points where you can charge up gadgets. Friendly, efficient staff. Shopping a bit expensive.

- Jason JeonJanuary 14, 2019You can find more stores at where F gates are located. You can walk to Fs from Gs if you forgot to buy something and have appx. 30 mins. You can also get tax refund after shipping.
- One of the best airports ever. Spacious, with a lot of comfortable seats, some of them even long enough for sleep.
- Love the new terminal: b&w, large spaces, cozy sofas and proper seating for laptop users, wifi. Also fast security check and as a rule - adequate officers on passport control.
