The portions are HUUUUUGE, you should order one course for two persons. In the pic, there’s a duck breast (maigre entier) with truffade (which is cheese with added potatoes, not vice versa)

Duck breast was crunchy and delicious 😋 No need to mention how amazing the aligot and truffade is 👌🏼 and definitely get a chocolate mousse for the dessert 🍫

Famous side dishes from Auvergne - truffade, aligot, take it to share for table otherwise you will die :) Really recommend magret de canard, it's great here
