The Turkish Airlines Lounge has been remodeled and opened under new management in December 2022. All these previous reviews were addressing the Alitalia lounge.

An absolute shame for Turkish Airlines. NY is one of the hub points, and this lounge is just so common that doesn't fit at all to the desired brand image of the company.

Worst Airline ever! No customer centricity, no service process. Advertising with big stars doesn't make you the best, your customers does!

Turkish Airlines deserves a better lounge than this. This lounge should have been ok 10 yrs ago but not now.
