Definitely one of my favorite yoga studios in the city. Challenging and fast paced class. Great that they provide you with everything for free from water to mats.
Kat 🐱September 10, 2016Travis Hollister's 7am hot yoga class is awesome. Great music and fast-paced flow - perfect way to start the day. That being said, it focuses more on raising heart rate rather than deepening poses.
Classes are challenging and invigorating. The studio is also pretty clean - you'll be provided with mats and towels and even a brief neck massage at the end. I love the cold eucalyptus face towels!
The cleanest and greatest boutique yoga experience. You don't have to worry about a thing! They've got you.
Fantastic studio with awesome staff. Fast paced, challenging power vinyasa classes with lots of attention and adjustments. Best of all, everything you need for yoga is already there.
Fantastic studio! Complementary mat & towel all set up for you in the room. Challenging yet fun flow. Attentive instructors. And I love their playlist :)
Diana EgüesNovember 2, 2016You must give it at least 3 classes and you will fall in love! Great instructors and you can't beat the music!- This is like SoulCycle of yoga -- good beats, awesome instructors, nice facilities. Take Lindsay or Marissa's class!
Hard but insanely rewarding yoga. I love the meditation at the beginning! The studio is calm and beautiful.
Heat + athletic movement makes this yoga practice engaging and fun for me. Great way to kick off my day.
