Great for novice and experienced meditators. Wide variety of classes and instructors so you can choose what works for you. BEAUTIFUL interior space and a lovely experience.

Great space to rest and connect with the mind away from all the noise and chaos. Start with the MNDFL 101 for a good introduction to meditation, then explore their other classes to see what works best

Offers more classes than the UES location, esp. in the evenings. CEO Ellie knew my name after my 2nd class! Staff @ both locations are accommodating & amazing, but shoutouts to Arianna, Neal, Matt :D
