- Ingrid WongFebruary 23, 2016Good breakfast selection with fresh berries, oatmeal, greek yogurt, hardboiled eggs and small selection of pastries. Much cleaner than Terminal 3's Club since it's newer. Fewer seats though.Upvoted 4 weeks ago
- Small and can get crowded — but it’s worth waiting because people come-and-go quickly and a good spot can open up. Window seats in the back are great for watching the heavies taxi to/from Terminal G.
- Marc SAugust 27, 2016This club location on the upper level and can be difficult to find. Between concourses E and F, look for a small sign high on the wall, then down the secret hallway and up the elevator.
- The new united club is on the ground floor. Somewhat Polaris themed in decor. A fuller bar with premium offers; don’t be discouraged free drinks on last page. Feels clean and chic.
- Brian P.September 29, 2014Worth finding in between the two concourses. No one (for the time being) knows it's here. No views, but clean and quiet.
- For those in-the-know, hidden with no signage is a temporary United Club until a grander one opens for United's terminal expansion. I walked by 3x hunting...like winning Amazing Race!
- This is a smaller United Club. In the morning (around 6:30a) it was nearly silent, filled with business people, and not a family to be seen. Some might call it soulless. The place could use music.
- David SmithFebruary 20, 2015You won't be able to use your iPhone while plugged into the USB ports by the chairs (disables left-right swiping).
- Shhh. Don't let everyone know. This new club is cleaner, quieter, and more contemporary than the big old club in T3.
- Conveniently located between the two T3 wings. This is the 2nd United Club in T3
- David SmithFebruary 20, 2015Just as grim as every other United Club and noisy to boot (construction next door). Give yourself a walk and go to the Centurion Lounge instead.
- farayi chambatiAugust 31, 2022No shower or bag storage facilities- we need these up to other Star Alliance lounges
- Charles MyersJune 19, 2014Forget what they say about gate 72. It is midway between the walkway to gate 80-90 and gate 60+. Right next to the down escalators. Nice place: just hard to find.
- Josh WSeptember 2, 2015Not half bad! Least claustrophobic United Club I've ever encountered. Almost lets me ignore the lack of real food options.
- Christina PeironaDecember 2, 2022Food options are super limited. It’s pretty in here but not worth using a pass.
