Pork meatball bahn mi is good but it's $7; the perfection that is Saigon Sandwich is $4. The extra $3 is for not having to go to the Tenderloin.

Sandwiches and iced coffee are what I tried here and I like them. I would come back to try the noodle salad and spring rolls. There are few seats, but you can eat at the park or panhandle.

The banh mi here is absolutely delicious and super cheap at $7.00. Don't forget the ginger lime soup either
