Yves Camdeborde does it again with his no-nonsense standing-only formula. Wines + simple fares packed with fresh flavors. Standouts: Tagliatelle made of squid, Belon oysters and fish carpaccio.
5€-15€ glasses and small dishes. Animated, "comptoir style" means you stay up, famous chef behind the kitchen. Amazing bread and salty butter, shallots sauce. A must try.
