- Simple DiscoveriesAugust 21, 2016Not only an impressive monument, but a big transportation hub with minibuses to Ayutthaya, Pattaya and other places outside Bangkok. It's easiest to navigate via the elevated platforms.
- LynJune 20, 2015Take the BTS here. Use the pedestrian bridge under the BTS. There's a great market selling clothes at the side of the roundabout. Don't really need to haggle as it is quite cheap already.

- Many Bangkok BMTA bus lines stop around the monument's traffic circle and commuter van lines also use the monument as a terminus.

- A hub for local transportation whether you want to take a bus to go places in bangkok or find a van to go to other provinces. Traffic during rush hour is always horrible.
